The CT State Library received IMLS LSTA CARES Act funds as the steward to procure and allocate resources to aid CT libraries in a number of areas including jobs and career resources related to economic development, as a result of the COVID19 pandemic. The CT State Library purchased a subscription to EBSCO's Learning Express Job and Career Accelerator, for public libraries in CT to make available to patrons.
